Tandoori chicken is amazing gift to the world from the amazing state of Pun jab. It serves as a great starter for a happening party or for the grill lovers its a easy breezy recipe. You can enjoy it inside, out doors, by the pool, on a camp site basically where ever your heart desires. I guess that was little too much dramatization but some of it true :) Ingredients: Chicken Legs : 15 Curd: 15 Tsp Chat Masala : to Taste Coriander Powder : 2 tsp Cumin Powder : 2tsp Garam Masala Powder : 2tsp Ginger Garlic Paste: 2tsp Kastoori Methi : 2tsp Lemon Juice: 2tsp Oil: 2tsp Pepper Powder: 2tsp Red Chilli Powder: 2tsp Salt: 2tsp Turmeric: 2tsp Red Color: fe drops Carrot : 2 large cut in chunks Onion: 1 latge cut in chunks Procedure: Clean and Cut 2 or 3 long slits on each piece of chicken.
