Chocolate Chip Cookies
Holidays are here and what tastes better than a warm chocolate chip cookie with a warm cup of hot coco.
So here is my take on chocolate chip cookie.
Ingredients:
- all-purpose flour:1/4 cups
- baking soda:1 teaspoon
- salt:1 teaspoon
- butter, softened:1 cup (2 sticks)
- granulated sugar:3/4 cup
- packed brown sugar:3/4 cup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- eggs:2 large
- NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels: 2 cups (12-oz. pkg.)
Procedure:
Preheat the oven to 375° F.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl.
Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Gradually beat in flour mixture.
Stir in morsels and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely and enjoy.
This can turn out to be a great family tradition with your kids or as a party favor.
I am giving these as party favors to my friends for my christmas party.
I hope they enjoy these.
Till then happy holidays and happy blogging
