Masala : 2 tsp for each dosa
Oil: 2 tsp
Salt: as per taste
Red chilli powder: 1 tsp

When the dosa is done it will start lifting up from the edges. Carefully flip the dosa and let the egg cook through.
At this point your egg dosa is done. You can serve it as it is.

But if you want to make it even filling and temping add Reduce the heat add potato mix, top it up with carrots, onions and coriander leaves.
Sprinkle a little chat powder (optional).
